ACT is a scientifically proven effective method to deal with anxiety, depression, fear, among other mental problems.
Combining ACT with doing artistic assignments during the therapy session, allows us to look at the issues you experience much more honestly, beyond language (and its limits).

Trained philosopher and therapist
After obtaining my PhD in contemporary philosophy and working as post-doc around the world, I trained as an art therapist at Vrije Academie ‘t Pad in the Netherlands, where I now teach ACT, art therapy and philosophy to new generations of therapists.

Experienced expat
